Miss Camilla is an angel, that’s all. Coming from a messed up vet. She helped me get into a secure place and I think that’s the only reason I completed my college degrees

Everyone was amazing from the first time I spoke to an counselor on the phone, to the 1st day I walked through the doors and even after the last day when I was handed the keys to my new apartment.
Ambretta, Kevin, Bernadette, Melissa, Nick, and so many more were there every day helping my son and I reach our happy ever after goal.
It was a process. And there were days it seemed like our fates were sealed, but they helped us push through.
Now my son and I have a home again. My VA Benefits have been started.
What makes them even more special...their job is done , but they periodically check on us just because they do care.
Thank you, everyone!

Chris has been phenomenal in helping me find my footing again! From assistance to home and to even helping me get groceries him and the program have been a blessing. Maria has been a tremendous help as well and helped me finalize a lease. If you’re a veteran and need assistance please reach out. It’s been a long journey and some things take time but they have helped me in every step.

Operation Sacred Trust has been of great assistance. Chris has been wonderful to work with. He has sat down and listened to what my needs were, educated me on programs available, is quick to offer assistance and ways I can help myself. Chris reaches out with words of encouragement and support to help me make it through the day.

Operation Sacred Trust really helped me through a rough time. I was on the verge of being homeless. Ms. Toni my case manager helped me with rental assistance and ERAP. She was very patient with me and never gave up on me. I am very blessed to have had the support and I owe her a very big hug. Thanks you Operation Sacred Trust.

I’m a little disappointed. I worked with OPERATION sacred trust to help a veterans family. Husband and wife and four kids. I opened up one of my rental homes to this family. The veteran had PSTD which I expected. My father was ex Navy seal. And I am able to handle type A personalities very well. But OPERATION trust did not tell me is this client is either bipolar or schizophrenic. The veteran threatened my family‘s life numerous times. And called dozens of times a month. All hours of the day. After the husband was removed from the property due to a restraining order for beating his wife. OPERATION sacred trust abandoned the rest of the family. Leaving me without any support to help this family. The family then proceeded to cause tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. Secret trust has yet to answer any of my emails regarding the damages. I was forced to evict the family due to the fact that Sacred trust quit paying their portion of the rent to help the family. I’ve reached out several times with no answers. Very disappointing God bless America and the veterans

Last summer ('21) I contacted their organization after a referral from the Veteran’s Administration after our late mother’s home was listed for sale per a court order.

I was residing in the home and was able to survive based on my meager pension of just over $1,000 per mo.; however, faced homelessness once it was sold due to the extremely high cost of rent in Miami-Dade Co. (now estimated @ nearly $3,000 per mo. medium). I was told by 2 of their associates that I would need proof of an eviction or similar notice before they would be able to provide housing assistance.

Fortunately, I was able to delay my eviction until Mar. of this year ('22); however, have had a very bad experience with their associate Katherine J. (Kat) & her supervisor Melissa. It began in Dec. '21 when Kat confirmed that I would need an eviction letter to qualify for the Housing Voucher program that would place me in a residence based on my income in Broward County. She then began contacting me repeatedly regarding moving out of my residence and into a homeless shelter although I informed her that that was not an option that I wanted to pursue since I had a roof over my head that I owned with my siblings. She continued to call and badger me about moving which I considered rude, unprofessional, & apathetic; & later lied that she had not confirmed that I needed an eviction notice.

To add insult to injury, I was given the cold shoulder by Kat and Melissa after submitting my eviction notice per their associates’ previous instructions. They began making excuses for not being able to assist me with housing and refused to honor a promise to pay my storage bill for 90 days ($672.06) after I submitted proof of an upcoming payment per their instructions.
