I am reviewing for my father who suffers from severe hearing loss as well as cognitive disability/decline after a 3 month stay in the hospital with double pneumonia and COVID. I live in the NE and tried to find him a provider that would be able to deal with his need for extra attention and lack of skill with technology. Scheduling was easy and the staff was super helpful and friendly. My Dad got a higher end hearing aid which was great but perhaps not the best fit so the doctors replaced it with another model. The doctors are great and very patient: My dad is struggling with the technology and I think his expectation at times is unreasonable. Thankfully the doctors and staff have taken the time to help him. I never realized how much of a disability hearing loss can be and I am thankful that my Dad is getting the help he needs.

Excellent professional service. It was my first appointment with Dr. Danesh Jr. He inherited the kindness and carefulness of his father. They keep updated with the latest techmology and explain very thoroughly to the patient the results and procedures to follow with the hearing aids. Great experience.

This is the perfect example of a professional, caring medical group, in which the doctors have wonderful bedside manner and take the time to explain procedures, diagnoses, and results in a detailed, caring manner, instead of rushing from patient to patient. Dr. Jones performed my tests on two occasions and was able to explain my condition and the reason for the tests prior to me undergoing them and continued to provide step by step updates as we proceeded through the process. Her calm, caring demeanor allowed for this to be a better experience. Furthermore, the senior and younger Dr. Danish were also present prior to procedures to answer questions. I would highly recommend this office for anyone with any type of audiology medical conditions.

Dr. Danesh Sr and Jr both are fantastic. I had horrible vertigo for about 10 days. They diagnosed the problem and treated me in the same visit. Would highly recommend Labyrinth Audiology to anyone seeking a caring specialist to help with vertigo. Thank you!

I traveled from another state to bring my dad for evaluation. Staff were friendly and helpful to accommodate & find an appointment during Christmas/New Year break. My dad only speaks Chinese and Dr Ali Danesh was not only knowledgeable but also patient with the evaluation. Dad was skeptical because his friends had bad experience with hearing aids but his face lit up as soon as Dr Danesh put the demo aid on him. He has regained his social connections since. The purchase also includes 3-4 years of followup at no additional charge so they can optimize use of the amazing technology. I am so glad to have chosen Labyrinth Audiology and highly recommend!

I was looking for a doctor to help with an ear issue. Im not exactly sure how I found Labyrinth Audiology. Oh yes I found them on line and made my appointment remotely. The office called to confirm my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and was politely greeted. I was then greeted by Dr. Jones who is so friendly kind and professional. She did some introductory tests and questions. She took me into a testing room and Dr. Danesh looked in on us. I felt so well examined and diagnosed. I had to have a return appointment. This time when I entered the office I was greeted like a long time friend. The entire staff was so welcoming. I was almost sad leaving the office knowing that I wouldn’t be seeing these delightful people for at least a year. They made me feel very special

I have been working with Dr. Ali and his staff for about 2 weeks. The experience has been exceptional. Appointments are made to accommodate his patients, Dr. Ali is always on time, is an expert in his field (for me,tinnitus), knowledgeable, straightforward and takes whatever amount of time is needed(he doesn’t rush you in and out). Having tinnitus himself allows him to know what I am going through. On top of all this the costs are very reasonable.

I could go on and on but suffice it to say that if you have tinnitus, Dr.Ali is the person to see.
