SO far I got a call back quicker than ever this time, usually it was impossible to get threw. They informed me that they are so busy that they have to spend a day calling back everyone. SO if you haven't gotten threw, try to have your phone handy at all times, the lady Ashley who called was very nice, transparent regarding my needs vs their abilities. And took time to put me down for quickest help as possible,since I am disabled my sig other had a mental health crisis and is locked up,also I am having foot surgery this week a toe amputation and skin graph so I am unable to do my side jobs that help sustain us. I'm all alone with two cats and don't want to loose my apartment as we always paid timely , but I am needing help temporarily. A good home is hard to find andl I don't need added stress on top of all this. Will update in few weeks. Giving them a chance, they have been helpful in the past. I rarely seek assistance so I must say they have always come threw iin rare times I have needed them. Look for update next month.

Summer, 1 of their volunteers went the extra mile (my 1st time receiving assistance) to get me food yesterday as I'm trying to get recertified for my EBT/Food stamps benefits. She's a real sweetheart and actually cares about others. Thanks again Summer and for your organization.

Wildly inaccurate rating, well considering I haven't actually been through the door it's locked but I'm trying high hopes, so I guess that makes it more like.. I feel like it might be a great place. And this is just my current experience, so good luck to anyone who is currently on... Whatnots, their stuff whatever it may be, good luck.

1st off I'm a kidney transplant recipient requiring help! I couldn't get a live person over the phone or un person.
I left several messages no return calls
I went to the office and the office across the way told me no one is hardly there. I knocked no the door rings the bell and stood there for 1/2 hour and no one answered the door. It said appointment only.on door. How could I make an appointment if no one answers or return calls....

OMG! Where do I Begin? My family and I was facing a major hardship and this organization was so helpful during this stressful time. Their response time was quick and Akeim, was so helpful in getting our needs met. She is very personable yet very professional! CILO, really cares about our elderly and disabled loved ones and put their needs first! Thanks to the CILO team for assisting my 98 year old grandmother. You are all amazing!!!

I would like to start out with my first experience with cilo a couple of years ago...I was in need of food until my food stamp benefits kicked in..what a help that was...fast forward most recent experience..I was in need of help applying for home repairs i would meet Jared at the library..
I was having problems with car.. took it to get checked out..the shop took it upon themselves to take apart and now needed monies to put back together..I could never be able to afford on my own. This is where the story begins..I informed Jared I couldn't meet him at library could you come here..in conversation talking about my car and don't know how I'm gonna get it back ..and than Jared mentioned we might be able to help
And help they did..paid for repairs and put me back on the road.. forever grateful. The cilo organization has opened up their hearts to help those in need. Thank you for all your help

Melissa has been absolutely AMAZING!! She has helped me with all of my needs and completing all necessary forms and applications. She has consistently been easy to get in touch with and in returning my calls and answering any questions. I am so very appreciative of all her help and assistance from Cilo...
