The new location is awesome off of homestead! Much bigger than previous in Lehigh! I needed to get my Jeep Title and Abigail got me in and out in less than 5 minutes! She was very friendly and made it so easy. Glad I made an appointment too.

It is good when people who care are at the workplace. They are always make a big difference in the life of a sad person. Although, i do not see the reason why i have to make an appointment to come in the office, i had deeply concern because may car broke down and i have another vehicle but with no plate, and i had to get ride to work, while i was waiting to appointment. It should be walking in service. I was nervous to get turned down that day the appointment, but Glory and Lesli save me that day. Glory was very helpful and assisted me with all the questions i had regarding getting a new plate. She make sure i was satisfied with the service and take the time to help me. That was very appreciated. Thank you Ms Glory and Lesli

Glory was very helpful and patient with my Title transfer. I got my auto insurance update while doing this, thank God on time to get my registration and title all at once. Great service!! The only downside to my visit it took me 3 hrs and a half to complete it, too many people today. Other than that everything ok.

I am relieved to have booked an appointment, thus avoiding the lengthy queue typically reserved for walk-in patients. The line for those without scheduled appointments was unusually long. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE!
Been waiting 4 hours to register a boat.
I have lived in several different states, Florida is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have never seen such a disgraceful example of government agency incompetence.
I've been in Florida for years now and I CANNOT WAIT to move out of here. This State is so poorly ran by too many lifetime government employees. Florida needs to overhaul its entire government agency existence.
It's a disgrace. Not to mention the exorbitant taxes and fees and paperwork. This is the closest thing I've seen to a socialists dream with all of the government controls creating a tremendous burden on all of its citizens
