The old shower unit went off on Friday 23/2/24. The Easibathe engineer contacted me the same day, and came out to inspect it, but it was not repairable, so installed a new one. The job took about 30 mins, without any fuss and no mess to clear up. This company are brilliant, and their customer care is unbeatable. Thank you so much Easibathe.

Lovely job of my adapted bathroom but pity they are ignoring my phonecalls and won't finish all the things they supposedly said they would. They have left a big hole in my sons bedroom wall next to where they put the fan and his room freezing, not on in this weather. Heatings costing a fortune as it's just going out the hole they made. Have tried numerous times to contact them and they always say someone will get back to me but they don't. Very unreliable and a big dissapointment.
Update: after posting this review, easibathe got in touch and did come round and do the things they said they would, which is fantastic...but they painted my door and frame white (which they said they would do black for me to match all my other woodwork) and on top of that they used the worst gloss ever as its highly fumed and has given me numerous asthma attacks and almost put me in hospital through it, (being disabled and needing to use the bathroom a lot I cant escape the fumes). Even with the windows open its affecting my breathing. (Possibly my fault there as I maybe should have asked them to do it in a low odour gloss) but still as much as its a beautiful job and the guy who did it all was lovely, I hate the colour white and now have to buy more gloss and find someone to come round and re-gloss it in the colour easibathe said they would do it for me! ?

This company are brilliant the lads are fantastic couldn't do enough for us shower was playing up they cams back next day to sort for us and work finish brilliant well done and a big THANKYOU to you all

Do not use this company. My girlfriend was getting a shower fitted for her autistic son. Easibathe got the contract. We had nothing but trouble. They work at a snails pace. More interested in there phones and standing out side smoking. Arrived late practically every day. The shower curtain supplied was to long. Basically got told to cut it to size. Still waiting for the part to cover the window months and months later, contacting the company didn't make any difference. They even blocked the toilet in the process didn't mention anything. And basically denied everything. Only plumber I know that cant unblock a toilet. Said he didn't carry that sort of stuff. Took 10 days of visits from plumbers and drain cleaners to unblock it. If you uses these people PLEASE don't give them a penny till the job is done

My in laws mrs Brown Darlington had a new bathroom fitted from easibsthe and was very pleased with the service. The lads that done the work were very polite and hard workers and couldn’t do enough to help. Would highly recommend.
