The Foundation Specialists crew lead by Tyler did a wonderful job on the foundation. The guys were pulled from San Antonio for this job. They were polite, informative and worked themselves relently to get the job done.

We contracted with Foundation Support Specialists (Groundworks) to repair our 1985 driveway which had several cracks and sections that had sunk or receded by up to 3 inches. Patrick made the inspection and explained very well what they could do to raise the sections and how the project could be financed with a 5 year guarantee. David Sanchez and his partner Karl arrived on the appointed day and began work by drilling holes in the concrete and then injecting polyurethane to raise the driveway sections to be level. They then filled the cracks and joints with a rubber sealant as well as the drill holes. They also leveled the adjoining sidewalk in the same way. David returned in 2 days to adjust one small section of the sidewalk and overlay the sealant with more of the same material and smooth over the sealant so it was level with the driveway surface. Both David and Karl did an excellent job and explained very well what they would do to correct the problems. David also did an excellent job on finishing the sealant on the second day. We highly recommend their professional work and thoughtful aesthetics. We are completely satisfied with the end result. Their supervisor Kazvin also followed up by phone to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Thanks

Wayne was phenomenal! He was honest and transparent through the entire discussion as to what was needed for my home. He took his time and explained details and allowed me to ask questions to ensure I had a better and clear understanding of process. The walkway and steps leading to my front door were starting to resemble the Leaning Tower of Pisa – no joke! Unlike that famous landmark, however, it had become an eyesore and a real embarrassment to my home curb appeal. I want to commend Aaron and Jay from the Foundation Support Specialist crew for their exceptional work and great attitude in fixing my sinking walkway, especially considering the brutal afternoon Texas heat. These young men truly deserve applause for a job well done.
From beginning to end, their professionalism and customer service were outstanding! I greatly appreciated receiving a courtesy text in the morning to confirm my afternoon appointment. Moreover, I received a phone call letting me know when they were on their way – providing a realistic timeframe for their arrival.
Despite having had numerous home improvement projects recently, I have never seen such hard-working and harmonious teamwork. As a homeowner, the crew that performs the service is the face of the company, reflecting its work ethic. Aaron and Jay diligently transformed what I thought was irreparable into a nearly new walkway! They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Aaron Hudson and Zach Taylor recently completed foundation work using polyurethane, and their performance was commendable. They demonstrated exceptional speed and efficiency throughout the project, ensuring that the injections were done with precision. The cleanup process was equally impressive; once they finished, it was difficult to tell where they had drilled for the injections, highlighting their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
In addition to their professional skills, Aaron and Zach created a positive atmosphere on-site by playing Christmas music while they worked, which added a cheerful touch to the project. Their ability to combine efficiency with a pleasant work environment made the experience enjoyable. From the first contact with this company & Kristopher (the sales rep who came to our home) to the work accomplished today (11/7/24) we have had NO problems or concerns with the competency, price, and work ethic of the crew that did our 'project'. Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor were friendly, professional and good workmen. Before they came to the house, they kept in contact via telephone to advise us of when they would be arriving. Very diligent and they cleaned up after they finished.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish!
Our concrete back patio had sunken down and every storm or rain we had left us with a pond outside of our back doors.
Ryan was the consultant that came to our house and he was extremely helpful, thorough, and explained the whole process. He gave us a great quote and set us up with financing that worked for us.
The day of the service, Ray and David were our technicians and they were great! super helpful, they explained anything else along the way, and answered any questions we had.
They worked quickly, kept the area clean and organized, and sealed all the cracks up to prevent issues in the future!
We are so thankful for their expertise and efficiency and happy to have a functional patio no matter the weather!
