I am so incredibly thankful for Suzanne and Synergy Home Care. They were quick to come out and assess my dad upon his discharge from the hospital and had Suzanne out a few days later. Suzanne was amazing. I explained what my dad and Brenda needed and provided her with a check list. She took the list and took action. She had Brenda exercising, which has been the first time in months, which allowed my dad to focus on his needs. Suzanne prepared a meal for Brenda for that night and was very interactive with both of them. All of us LOVED Suzanne. Her kindness and willingness to help was greatly appreciated and we are all so thankful for both her and Synergy!

All the individuals we have had during my dad’s illness have all been amazing including Jonniesha, Donna, and Brian. Their kindness, compassion, respect, and willingness to help has been so appreciated during this very difficult time for our family.

We asked Synergy to step in and help our mom during a difficult transition between hospital and rehab care. Nakia provided warm companionship and ran errands between facilities to help mom feel more comfortable. Ken, the owner, was always available for questions and to coordinate details. Everything has been perfect so far! We just started using Synergy HomeCare to help us with basic needs of our 25 year old autistic daughter who not only needs help with hygiene, but also needs a companion/someone to talk to all day. From the moment we interacted with Ken, the CEO, to the moment our first caretaker YASMYN arrived, we have been so impressed. Yasmyn was so patient, kind, respectful, considerate and friendly! Our daughter absolutely loved her! She also shares our faith which is extremely important to us. Kenneth, just wanted you to know how invaluable Luhs’ care has been for us. She has really connected with my husband and he trusts her and she works wonderfully with him. We are still investigating the reason for this lack of mobility on his part, with his internist, and so far have eliminated several possibilities through testing but do no have the answer we need to treat successfully. yet. Just wanted to let you know that Luhs is a gem, smart and kind and gentle but firm, and creative in finding ways to move her patient in transferring, and to assist him as best as possible.
