Made an appointment for 3 passports with photos. We arrived a few minutes early and were seen immediately. The postal worker provided great customer service. She was very thorough with the paperwork and patient with the kids taking their pictures. Everything was completed within 45 minutes and we got the passports and documents in the mail just a few weeks later.

The mail carrier, not my usual one, put my prescription by the gate of the storage facility that I live on. He/She never brought in in the open side gate to the office or to my house on the property. They left it right next to the open gate, someone on the street could have picked it up and it would not be good. I contacted the customer service email, since nobody picks up the phone, they did not return my email. Can't call the local office, they may not even answer any ways. But a prescription? Really? In addition, my relief manager was in the office. The carrier was too lazy to walk in the gate that we are in front of. Shame on them!!!!

The mail delivery man is not leaving us the emails because according to him we throw away our emails this that he says is a lie, for what reason we would throw away our emails, apart from that he is very rude, we have put complaints in the office and whenever we go the person in charge is never there, and they never do anything about it we have not received emails for a month so I hope you can do something about it with this driver, at the address 951 Taylor St vista ca

Wow, why is this location so terrible? I've been in 3 times to pick up a piece of certified mail to find a long line. Waited 15 minutes each time and never actually saw a post office employee. And the line just gets longer and longer.

Got here early and had to wait 15 extra minutes. They give me the form to sign for a passport and I do that in 5 minutes, go back to get everything started and they say they don’t have time and that I have to wait for multiple hours or come back another day.

Made an appointment a month in advance just for them to cancel it. They did not reschedule my appointment They told me to walk in at a different location. Spent all morning on the phone listening to the worst automated system I've ever had to deal with and still dont have an appointment . I absolutely hate how the website is organized and everything about this has been a pain in my a**.

Ring the bell and they take your packages, right? Wait 15 minutes with multiple customers lined up taking turns ringing the bell? Nope. We could hear several employees on the other side of the door working but they all ignored the bell. I ended up driving to the next closest post office and was able to drop off my packages in less than 1 minute. I don't recommend going here.

Do not bother setting up appointments here. They will cancel them at the last minute.

This office is extremely unreliable, fails to communicate, and just unresponsive.
