I met the district manager Anthony & At first we butted heads, however with a little patience and some communication we understand each other a whole lot better! Came into this location to see about storage details and was helped by an absolute GEM. Stacey made everthing about my storage needs less stressful. Stacey is awesome!!!! She helped my wife and mom out tremendously and is such a joy to be around at the storage facility. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and have what we need. She’s made herself available multiple times during our visits and it’s an amazing change of pace over some other places we’ve used in the area. Not to mention the property feels extremely safe and it is spotless.

The moment we stepped into the office we were greeted by Stacey who was so friendly and helpful we were sold right away to use this facility. She made the ordeal of moving everything into storage so much easier for us with her knowledge and patience with our many questions. Stacey, the property manager, is phenomenal! When I first started renting storage space at this facility, it was not a great experience. I could hardly connect on the phone or in person with the property manager at the time; she would never call me back/return voicemails which made it very difficult to facilitate a move into this location. Fast-forward to Stacey, though, and my experience has taken a 180-degree turn for the better. Stacey proactively followed up with me when I requested to move storage units, making the process a breeze. She even went out of her way to get me a refund on the admin fee and the lock that’s typically provided with a new unit since I was already renting storage space at the facility. Thank you, Stacey! I highly recommend storing your items at this location now because the service is top-notch, and I know we’re all in great hands with Stacey.
