Lynne and Jason have been helping me with my immigration petitions for 9 years. Retaining them for my immigration petitions is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.
They first got H1B approval for me back in 2010. It’s not an easy one because I was a law clerk at that time and USCIS denied my first petition when I was represented by a different immigration firm. When I called Lynne for help after the denial, she told me to not worry at all and she said that USCIS needs to be educated. She got my H1B approved in one month! I would not be able to work in the US at all without her help.
