I am very impressed with the staff at LensCrafters in Encinitas. I have gone there several times for either myself or my mother, and I have always had a great experience with staff there. Brian was very professional as well as patient (although clearly sales-trained). It took quite a while to find a wrap-around, sunglasses frame that would accommodate my much stronger prescription as well as fit properly. I recently had superficial keratotomy surgery. My vision is very important to me (duh). Not only am I an active road cyclist (better be able to see road hazards and traffic) but I am also a care giver and substitute reader for my 100-year-old mother.

I had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters located in Encinitas Ranch Town Center. I was in a tough situation—I was out of state, without my glasses or contacts, and struggling to see. After contacting multiple LensCrafters locations, I was met with dismissive responses and unhelpful attitudes. One location even hung up on me, saying, "This is a business, not a place where we just hand out contacts for free. Good luck.”

Feeling frustrated, I reached out to the Encinitas Ranch Town Center location, and I am so glad I did. The staff there was incredibly understanding and empathetic. They listened to my situation and were willing to work with me, even though I was just in need of an emergency supply of contacts for a week. They were helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I could see during my trip.

I can’t thank them enough for their excellent customer service. This location sets the standard for how a business should treat its customers, especially in urgent situations. Highly recommend!

I went for a routine eye exam and they picked up with their advanced machinery that I had quite a serious eye condition. I’ve since had eye surgery that probably saved my vision in the long run.

LOVE this location. Everyone from the optometrist, to the helpful and friendly staff. We've had to buy a few pairs of glasses here over the years and they've been consistently great. We don't carry vision insurance and they helped us get the best possible deal (even though I didn't even ask for it).

I came in twice and on both occasions, Brian helped me. He has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. He provided all the information I needed in regards to price, including insurance. He was also very helpful in helping me choose frames that looked good on me. I highly recommend Brian! After my 1st visit with Lens Crafters and before purchasing my glasses, I visited a nearby high-end store. I was completely ignored by the staff and when they did pay attention to me, they were not pleasant. I walked out and decided Lens Crafters deserved my business. Customer Service is everything! And they have a large selection!
