I don’t really write reviews but I just had to!! Cici did my nails today and I never was this mad doing my nails. I couldn’t even tell her that I didn’t like the shape or anything without her getting an attitude. I payed 100 dollars for these? Simple French nails who came out looking this bad. This is ridiculous!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place. They can’t communicate properly and they also can’t do simple French nails.

I've been serviced Meet U nail&spa about 5 times but last visit was by far the worst service I've ever received. They made me very uncomfortable and uneasy today. Everyone that knows me know I will spend whatever on a good self care day. Its why I work hard to make myself feel good.From the time I sat in the pedicure chair No one offered me a beverage but soon as another lady came in she was offered a beverage. No biggie I brought my own snacks and Ipad to keep me occupied. However Once I told the tech which Service I wanted She hesitated, then said it would be more money for gel which is fine. When I told her I needed to soak off. She then said it would be another charge. Again I said that's fine no worries. I informed her I've been there before, and knew the charges. I was getting a bit Frustrated because I come here to relax evidently, if I'm asking for add-on services, I know there's going to be a charge which is never a problem for me. My pedicure was rushed, cuticles were'nt cut and the techs overall energy was she wanted to get it over with. FYI I have beautiful feet I get compliments all the time. I know their job is tough but this wasn't the case at all. Okay she's done, Noe it's time to Pay. I handed her my card to pay before she gives me my Receipt she points at the tip suggestion, as if I was supposed to follow that. Businesses are tipped on their service whether the customer is satisfied or not a tip isn't mandatory. I was very taken back by that. I didn't have a good visit now you're shoving a tip down my throat. Not once did she ask how was my service because she didn't care. I'm not a confrontational person, so I just paid and left but my feelings were hurt and I nor my friends will be returning back. RUSHED, RUDE & MONEY HUNGRY

Love, love my experience at Meet U with Cindy. She does an excellent job on my nails. Cindy gives me a Medi/pedi that sparkles✨️. I get many compliments on my nails. She helps me relax during the foot & leg massage, I enjoy my spa day at Meet U with Cindy. I give Cindy 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just got my gel mani done by Emily/ again ! She is my favorite at the salon and she is great with removing extra cuticles , this is my favorite opi color-baby take a vow(#31) very clean look - make sure you call to book an appointment- she is popular ❤️

Wonderful service every time, thank you Cici for being so detailed and for caring about my concerns. I have been going here probably for over a year after trying many places in JC and Hoboken that disappointed me. Meet U is great, all staff are very skilled. It is clean and comfortable. I usually go to Cici and she is a very talented nail tech and artist! I highly recommend to anyone who asks for a nail salon in the NYC area, especially for powder dip. My nail beds are oddly shaped, so it is hard for me to feel confident, but Cici always does a great job. I did powder dip with french gel on top last time as seen in the photo and am very happy with the result.

Ivy did such a great job on my nails! I am so satisfied with her attention to detail on each nail.
I had a reference photo of what I wanted and Ivy was able to recreate it wonderfully. Absolutely wonderful!

If I could give 0 stars I would I went in today and wasted money I asked for a French and the woman could not do it at all she had to keep restarting I finally said just forget it because it was taking so long and she had to keep restarting my nail they charged me still $90 for the nails only for a fill with no polish I had to go to a different nail salon and they had to reshape my nails as well as paint them another $70 down the drain I was completely upset I will never be returning

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am so disappointed and angry with the incompetent and dismissive service I received today. I had Gel X extension when I came in to this nail salon and I had been growing my nails out for 2 months, getting my nails redone often costing over 300 dollars over that 2 month period. I wanted them to file down the extension and put gel polish over my long natural nails. The woman doing my nails barely filed down the extension and started ripping and prying at my nails. I immediately told her that what she was doing would break my nail, but she continued. She broke my nail and wasted all that time and money and did not take accountability for her carelessness. What I got today was over 100 dollars which I could have done at home and did a better job. Do. Not. Come. Here.
