First of all, anyone that ones to take there vw here for repairs I would be extremely careful. Where do I start I dropped off my car to get transmission replaced. 3 days later I get a message from then service manager Jamie to come pick up the car. I get to the dealership take my keys and sure enough........🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

1. My key wouldn't work to open or close my car.

2. My engine cover and batter cover is missing.

3. My alignment is completely off

4. They crashed my car front bumper completely scratched and cracked paint not to mention the ripped bottom plastic water shields, damaged rockers left and right hummmm..

I contacted then manager Jamie and said that she would take care of the damages. 5 months go by and a new manager now John sends me a message and says that they won't fix ALL the damaged that were caused at the dealership. TAKE PICTURE OF YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY WORK ON IT THAT WHAT SAVE ME KEEP IN MIND DEALERSHIP DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.

3000$ for a working MB AMG even with its issues seems pretty low. 4000 like we agreed on would have been much better at that price point losing on another 1000 dollars at the dealership was pretty frustrating

called john to say i was running late & he said it was no problem. upon arrival john greeted me & started the process right away with showing me the car & letting me test drive it. noticed that all the cars there are kept up super nice. he answered any questions i had about forms to be filled out since this was my first time buying. pretty speedy & no shady business & was not pushy. super nice!

then we sat down with billy to go over payment & signing the big stuff. super helpful & explained each page & was a very likeable guy! not pushy either. took about 2 hours in total for trade in & getting the new car & to say i’m happy is an understatement!

I wanna share a story between the sales department and the service department. I want to say that John in the service department went over and beyond and definitely overextended my expectations when it came to issues with the car purchased he went and fixed it and got it right and it’s great. He’s willing to make the little things that are an issue better And willing to do it I would buy another date. Tom the salesman was very calm and patient with me even though I was frustrated the Car was a good deal
