Have a client they agreed to help like 6 months ago and they have left her high and dry. Poor single mom. They avoided her calls for months, keep asking her to submit the same paperwork like every week (definitely every month) and she has just been so stressed and left without nothing they agreed too. What an unfortunate situation. Sorry to say that I would ever recommend working with them again as a landlord again. Definitely have a back up plan or 2 if they agree to assist you just so you are not at their mercy of whenever they feel like helping you. Imagine waiting 6 months when you need a roof over her head for you and your kids. Thankfully she is an a situation where the landlord is kind and understanding but everyone has run out of patience at this point.

En un momento que estuve sin hogar, ellos me trataron con amor y diligencia, y tengo vivienda gracias a ellos y a Peter mi trabajador social allí. Los recuerdo siempre con mucho amor y admiro el trabajo que hacen..

I hate that no one answers the phone line and how you can’t reach your loved ones and can’t get in this place because there is always( No-One)!! available then if u try to send presents ? they steal their mail it’s seems like a prison I been their and they barely have side walks or bus transportation I had to flag down a van driver who let me out the back door while he was still driving like Miami dade reminds me of a high priced slums and this facility sits dead off not far from pork n beans projects and they customer service is horrible and they ignore the residents concerns and make them feel crazy pans more depressed bc of the lack of compassion and communication is a lottery system
