Such a nice shop! Has everything you need. You can rent bikes and fix bikes. Dave was so nice and fixed our flat tire in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Bought my Rad bike 2 months ago and the brakes were not gripping anymore. I took it in and Diego knew exactly what it needed and adjusted the brakes for free. It took 5 minutes. Great service!

Absolutely love our new E-bikes!! The staff was super helpful in helping us decide on the Rad brand. I like the range it has if 60 miles and can easily go to 28 mph. My favorite aspect of this bike is the throttle to get a boost when you need it. Unlike other e-bikes I have had, the transitions with the assist mode and throttle move seamlessly - as opposed to feeling it regularly jolt and pull away.

Diego recently took care of us when my son's older Super 73 needed new tires but we've been to Carlsbad e-Bikes several times for service on the brakes. They're honest, helpful and do great work. I highly recommend them to everyone I know in north county.

I’m an older fella and have an e bike that had a flat front tire. So of course I googled e-bike repair near me. First place I tried was Dan’s. Turns out he works out of his house and his hours are all over the place. Second place was Happy E-bikes and the phone number on Google is wrong and they didn’t answer the phone. So fast forward to Carlsbad e-bikes & more. I called and David answered the phone, told me to come right in and when I did he fixed the tire on the spot. They are central to Carlsbad, answer the phone, have an actual shop and can fix bikes quickly. Happy to have met David and will be going back there.

I bought a new e-bike online and, on the advice of a neighbor, chose Carlsbad e-bikes to have it tuned up. I mentioned that the rear brake & rotor seemed to be scraping even when not braking. They finished the job a few days early which was great. But when I later rode it, the brake & rotor were still loud, so I took it back. Diego took a look and was honest enough to own up to having missed that part of the tune up. He replaced the brake pad on the spot, no charge, & now it works great! I really appreciate this shop's integrity as well as their helpfulness in loading and unloading my bike from my carrier without being asked.

Had a very stressful evening last night, my daughters RadRunner was stolen and needed a new bike asap. Called this shop, they had some available, but not in the color preferred. Since it was an emergency, I went with the colors available. About an hour later, spoke with the bike shop, they in fact went above and beyond and got the preferred color along with the additional seat I wanted for her bike that my daughter’s original bike had! They had it built and ready for me before they closed! Very helpful and patient, even loaded the bike in the vehicle for me. Will come back here hands down and recommend highly! Thanks again!!!!!
