Awful experience! What should’ve been an exciting time to learn about these hearing aids, ended up being an awful and dreadful experience. My father went in with questions about his hearing aids. Rene made it really uncomfortable from the minute we walked in to me just getting up and walking out. Rene made it very stressful to ask any questions. Long story short my father doesn’t want to go back to this office due to not feeling listened to, when he complained about an echo that was bothering him. Left with questions unanswered nor wanting to ask any due to not feeling comfortable. We will be going to the Grover beach office for now on. Rene was very unprofessional!

My father went to the Grover Beach one, and absolutely loves it! The front office lady was amazing the hearing specialist so easy to talk to answered all my father’s questions and taught him how to even clean his hearing aids. My father said the hearing specialist in Grover Beach made him feel like a real person. She was sweet kind and full of information. Definitely recommend Grover Beach connect hearing. Still would never go back to Paso Robles Connect Hearing as long as Rene is there.
