From the initial phone call enquiring about the hire of a wheelchair, to return of the chair after 7 weeks, we received only excellent, friendly and helpful service. My husband who collected the chair was given helpful advice that fitted my needs,( broken bones in lower half of right leg). I found the chair very easy to use. It was such a bonus whilst immobile. We wholeheartedly recommend Edinburgh Mobility Solutions for mobility aids and service.

The team here are exceptional - I couldn't have found them to be any more helpful. The hire of a wheelchair for my Dad has been invaluable and at a cost of £35 for 1 week is excellent value for money. I have had so much going on lately I forgot to return it on the day and the team have been so understanding. I will be continuing to use this service for all my Dad's mobility needs. Excellent service and an asset to Leith. Thank you so much to all at Edinburgh Mobility Services.

I certainly think they are very good, and I like the fact they come out to you. If it hadn’t been for a man in Haddington, telling me about them. I was so grateful to him. I have had the scooter checked over and properly serviced and have had a new battery changed. And just klast week I needed a new charger. So I am very happy with them.

The guys here are amazing, only a phone call or email away. This is my second lease with them and when i first got my new scooter lease i had a few issues but things were sorted in good time. I cant imagine leasing from another company now to be honest, i highly recommend!

The team at Edinburgh Mobility are fantastic. They were able to answer my many questions and did not mind that I made contact a few times with things I had since thought about and needed information on.

Fantastic communication about the TGA Power pack that I was purchasing, the installation and how to use it.

They also ensured that I felt comfortable in how to not only use this item but also putting it on and off the wheelchair on my own.

The insurance being set up by the team is one less thing for me to have to worry about doing and potentially messing it up.

Great service all round, I would recommend and will be using them again if I need anything else that they provide.

We requested a visit with regards to installation of a stair lift - the appointment was made and we waited and waited - over an hour later we received a phone call to say that Liam had been delayed ! We were actually going out that afternoon. Liam eventually turned up , was in house for no longer than 15 minutes- did not explain options with my husband (who will be using lift) handed over a couple of brochures and left !! - over a week later we still do not have and estimate !! Very poor service

Recently we had edinburgh mobility solutions install a Stairlift in our house. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris and Dave for there help and advice in helping us choose the most suitable lift for us at there showroom. Also the staff who surveyed our house and installed the lift. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and we are delighted with the lift, it's more quiet and smoother than we imagined it would be. Thank you all very much
