Asking for a review during an ongoing case is a little difficult. While I do see improvement of the patient , there is a long way to go still. There are some great people on staff, they have a good rehab team, I can not attest to the food or plenty of other aspects as I am not the patient. I know they bring in entertainers, and that they have regular activities for the patients including magicians and musicians who do sing a longs.

Great customer service with a Smile!!! My mom has been here for 3 days and in those 3 days, the customer service has been exemplary!!! The staff, the nurses, attendants and greeters at the front desk were all very accommodating and kind:) My mom is so happy here! I am so happy to have picked this place for her!!!
Thank you so much!!!! Oh and my mom is in heaven watching TFC!!! Great touch!!!!

We have had our 92-year-old mother who recently had a stroke at Friendship Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation for about 2 weeks. The facility is very clean, secure and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the staff they have has been Consistently professional, efficient, caring, kind, and compassionate both our mother and her extended family. I definitely recommend this place.

I have visited friends in a few rehabilitation facilities. This facility is superior to the others I have visited. Starting with the sign-in procedure. The clerk assisted with the process with a smile. She explained the procedure for future visits. Walking down the hallways, I noticed the layout of the facility is well designed. It appears to so fresh, clean, and organized. My friend’s room was also clean. There were no stale odors. A couple of employees stopped by and they were friendly and respectful.

Wish i can give 0 stars. My mother in law has been there for almost a month. Worst staffing. She has gotten covid twice. No one wants to help her. When they serve her food, she only get a little, and its cold. She asked if they could warm it up for her, and they refused. She asked if they could help her with washing her clothes so she could have clean clothes. They refused. Today, she is leaving. They told her that she would be transported home but she didn't want that. We are picking her up. I've been on hold with them to let them know for almost 40 minutes. They answer without saying anything and then put me back on hold. Unacceptable!!!! Almost have common curtesy and let us know that you'll be with us in a minute. Very rude. And very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE THEIR LOVED ONES THERE

After my unfortunate stroke, I was so lucky to have picked Frienship Manor for my rehab. I have thalamic pain syndrome and cannot use my right hand. The therapist really impressed me. For the first time, I didnt have to explain to my therapist what thalamic syndrome is. Chelsey and Madison did their research before meeting me, Madison already knew what my deficits was. The facility is clean, the restroom is clean every morning. The CNA always help with a smile and offer snacks and sandwiches anytime i wanted. All of the Nurses and CNA's was friendly and do their best to help me with all my needs. Ken, Emily, Eunice, and so many more helped making my stay here pleasant!
Jose and Kevin are so respectful to everyone , and they always helped with a smile!
I had the pleasure to attend activity group today.
What a pleasant group of friendly, caring and loving staff you have to facilitate activities! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would definitely recommend this place!

The facility had a few excellent nurses, but unfortunately, the overall level of care provided by the rest of the staff was lacking. There were significant delays in receiving assistance when needed, with considerable waiting times before staff members would attend to any issues. I don't recommend this facility at all.
