They are always approachable and responsive, which makes such a difference. The facility itself is impressively clean and smells wonderful, which is rare in this type of setting. There is always someone available when you need assistance and I love seeing the patients freely moving around and engaging in their environment. It’s clear that they prioritize the well being and dignity of their residents. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care facility! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything is. The care staff is truely outstanding - compassionate, patient, and always attentive to the needs of residents. My mother is a current patient here and she absolutely loves it. She loves her CNA and I am able to bring her home when I am able to. When we come and get her onthe weekends, we are greeted by the receptionist who knows us by name and know where mom is at all times. The facility is clean and the food is yummy. The main reason why we choose Inspired is because of the activities and oh boy! they sure do stay busy! best in the area!

My father lived at Inspired for about a month, and all of his caregivers there were very sweet, hands on, and helpful. We did have some notable issues throughout the short time he was there, but there were additional move-ins not long after him, and I think the staff had their hands full. Weekend staff especially seems like they could use some extra help. There were also miscommunications that could have been avoided with some more internal communication amongst each other. The space is beautiful and so is their outdoor patio area where residents can access freely. His room was nice and we were able to make it feel like home. They have great activities (Easter egg hunt, karaoke, etc). We unfortunately had to move my dad out because he nows needs catheter care temporarily, and they don't have an ECC license to provide that.

Not sure where to even begin. Inspired living Sun City is all we hoped it would be and more. From the directors to the concierge(s), to the care staff, they are all so wonderful and welcoming. They work with families to help make the transition into memory care seamless for both the residents and all others involved. Everyone is always smiling and engaged with the residents and the love and patience everyone has there is just outstanding. I would recommend Inspired living Sun City to anyone looking for a warm, family friendly residence for loved ones. This place is top notch and my family couldn’t be happier that Dad is so loved there.

My husband and I needed to place my in-laws in memory care while being across the country. We were given a glowing recommendation about Inspired Living by a neighbor of theirs & we just knew it was a perfect fit the first 10 minutes speaking with Luisa. We can’t even put into words the peace of mind Inspired living has provided my husband and I. Everyone has become a part of our family. They keep us informed on their health, supplies & have gone the extra mile to send us pictures and arrange for us to do video calls. Thank you Alexis, Luisa, AND every person working there, you've opened your arms to us. My in laws call this place HOME.
