Horrid delivery service. No delivery updates. ZERO way to contact except for a bot. Customer service is open only until 3:00 PM Pacific. SHAME ON WALMART FOR USING THIS Service to deliver items. I spent an entire day off waiting at home for a signature delivery that never happened. Beyond frustrated and angry.

The absolute worst delivery service ever!!!! Literally every time a company has sent my package with ontrac I’ve had issues and it’s always the same reasons. Undeliverable, incorrect address or flat out lost package!!!! Bbb needs to look into them or file a class action lawsuit this cannot continue to happen I’ve seen so many other who experienced the same situation

Literally the worst company in the world worst carrier to send your packages with and the customer service sucks . Going to start the process to BBB because there is no way a company like this exists and for the company to see so many bad reviews and not do a single thing is weird . The drivers don’t work they said they came to drop of my package everyday and no one was there but I live where I work and I have cameras and no one from on trac never stopped by you guys don’t even delivery packages and I have camera footage to send to BBB when they ask for more information . Scrolling through nothing but one star reviews how is this company still open .

En sun valley. Lo peor en lo que puedes trabajar. Si quieres que te roben es el sitio perfecto ya que aunque entregues 100 paquetes solo te pagarán 80 o 75 lo que te quieran pagar. Y eso si te lo pagan porque se demoran hasta 1 mes después que te hallas retirado. Se aprovechan de las personas que necesitan trabajo.

Ontrac is the worst delivery service, everytime i get a package delivered by them doesn’t get delivered on date, i have a gate but no code so i provide a cell number for then to call to open gate they never do!!! I Rate ontrack -10 stars

Phone number listed is a bad number. It hangs up when you call. I have no idea how to reach a live rep about my delayed package. I wanted to arrange a pick up however, not possible with a bad phone number.

Apparently, phone calls do NOT get answered. AI customer service takes forever and gives you generic responses when inquiries are made about your package. All this to say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT SUCKS!!!! I've learned that if a company I do business with uses OnTrac for shipping, I will not do business with them.

My package was updated to attempted delivery business close how is my apartment a business I was told 4 days ago it would get redelivered in 1 to 2 business days tracking hasn’t updated deliver my dam package man or at least pick up the phone
