We purchased two matching Pride lift recliners from People's Choice Medical Supplies on Nov. 7, 2024. One of the two owners,
Iris, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our numerous questions and concerns. She made certain that the size of the chair was the correct fit for our height.
The chairs were ordered and delivered within one week. Iris, along with a helper, delivered and set up the recliners. In addition, she explained how to use the remote control and set the memory buttons for my husband and myself. We chose a recliner which has leg, back, neck and lumbar settings which work independently. We are very pleased with our choice. I would recommend People's Choice Medical Supplies for the quality of the recliners, the undivided attention we received while selecting the chairs, and the prompt and excellent service during delivery.

I recently dislocated my knee, and the brace the hospital gave me was uncomfortable and felt small, I came here to buy a larger one and when we walked in the first thing the owner did was tell me that the one I had was adjustable, she pulled it apart and made it larger for me and it fit perfectly, I didn't quite catch her name, that's how quickly we were in and out. She cared about me more than the sale and was happy to help me adjust the brace which the hospital told me couldn't be done. I couldn't recommend them enough just based on the hospitality alone, nobody ever wants to need medical supplies for themselves or a loved one, but if the need arises I won't go anywhere else.

I was taking an elderly sister to the store to check for bathroom seat and she was on a cane. As soon as we entered, Iris asked her immediately can I help you with your cane, we were like what's wrong with it. Iris immediately said it was too high for her and it was not locked. She adjusted it and it was more comfortable for her to walk. Then, any questions about items were answered with knowledgeable information and before the elderly sister finished her purchase, it started pouring down raining to where we literally had to wait for about 30 minutes in the store. Iris made it comfortable for the elderly sister and I to sit and patiently wait and we had some good discussion while waiting. After it finally slacked enough so I can go and get the car, Iris helped the elderly sister to the car and made sure she had all her packages. Iris was very pleasant, considerable nice and very knowledgeable of the items that we inquired about. I would definitely visit this medical supply store again.

I am an observant Jew and recently had neck surgery. I called to inquire about an EZ3 recliner chair which they didn't carry.
