Booked a fitting at this store with Chris Hall, and it was fantastic, overall 10/10. Went in for an iron set fitting and it was great, not only did we try out 4 different club brands, but he also took into account what I liked when it came to looks. After finding the club that not only felt the best but performed too, he then set up an order and will ship to me.
Also, if you need a fitting Chris Hall is definitely the man to go to. Remember they need your feedback to work their magic.

Do not go here for a fitting if you are a beginner. I’m 6’4 and we didn’t even try an iron more than 1/2” above standard. I hit a couple of good shots and that’s what we stuck with. However, I can hit a few good shots with standard clubs. I also had to ask to see the putters. Maybe that’s not included in the full bag fitting? I called customer service to cancel the order, but they were going to charge me the $300 fitting fee. This wasn’t worth it to me because the 1/2” clubs may work out just fine, but I’ll never know if something longer would be better because I didn’t get a chance to try them. The whole fitting also felt rushed. We finished in an hour and 40 minutes (scheduled for 3 hours).

These guys don’t know what they’re doing.

Brought my 5 five iron in to get a new shaft on it. The shaft somehow got canceled and nobody knew about it therefore, I never got a call that my five iron was just sitting there even though I called multiple times to check on the status.

When they finally did get the shaft in a month and a half later, they called me and asked me to remind them what they needed to do with it.

Ridiculous & Poor management.

Don't bring your clubs here to be serviced.

I dropped two irons off (loose heads) and a driver shaft to be regripped.
The lady told me 24-48hrs. I checked after 24hrs, hasn't been worked on yet, okay that's fine.
Checked after 48hrs, still hasn't been worked on. Now they're telling me it's gonna be another 48hrs. It's two irons and a shaft. For a 96hrs turn around.

Terrible service.

Chris Allen was great in fitting me for a new set of Titeltist irons. He is incredibly patient and had excellent rapport with me and my son. I will definitely be back to work with him when I decide on changing Driver and fairway woods.

Customer Service sucks. They have plenty of staff. They are standing around talking to each other, on their phones or following me to see if I steal. I went in to buy my daughter her first clubs. Stood around for 10 minutes. Walked to the front of the store made eye contact with an employee raised my hand showing I need help and he ignored me. I walked out. Golf galaxy or local shops from now on.

A manager was very unprofessional and portrayed horrible customer service today! She asked my partner to “leave the store” because she didn’t want to acknowledge the fact that she has been tarnishing his name with other employees saying that he has essentially been stealing from the store by not paying for labor. She was hiding a racquet that he was there to pick up in the back office and was refusing to string the racquet until it was paid for without notifying anyone which delayed the restring time significantly. In reality my partner was not trying to get by off of anyone, the store is not budgeted to have enough staff in the tennis center at all times so instead of waiting forever to get a ticket he would leave his racquet there and pay afterwards. This is not against policy. If it is, none of us were aware because we both worked there and it was never an issue when other customers would pay after. I’m not sure if it is because of race or if she is on a power trip because her and my partner have worked together in the past, maybe there is some animosity there. Idk, but either way it’s unprofessional and she needs to be made aware you can’t treat people like this!
