Ordered a wheelator in March for my mom. Fast shipment, easy ordering, great product, came with so many extra things, YouTube videos that explain everything!!!!!! Called the company with a question and they called back so fast!!!! Great customer service!!!! Great company for your mobility needs. I’m very pleased! Taught my mom’s doctor something too! He had never heard of the wheelator.

Quick n Mobile was so easy to work with, they answered my questions quickly and expertly. My chair arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There are so many helpful videos that this company has put out to assist you with the use of your new chair which was super helpful. The videos really helped me to make an informed decision about my purchase as well as helped us navigate it once it arrived. Their prices were great, offered expert assistance and very professional. I was so very happy I chose them to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had my Yellow Matrix for about 3 months now an really like it. It has given me more ability to get to places that I wouldn't go to because of distance an no seating like Grandkids sporting events. An be able to get around big box stores like Walmart an Lowes. Having back an spinal cord issues the lite weight chair makes it easy for me or a caregiver to load or unload the Yellow Matrix from the SUV. The extra battery is a great gift it gives you great range adding 8 to 10 miles of battery life. An it mite varies with weight an is it flat or hills you mite use more or less battery life. But all in all its nice will put together well constructed and very easy to use right out of the box. It shipped right out after they got it in and received it in 3 days from shipping. I order the Yellow Matrix before they had any in stock. I like Yellow.

We just purchased a pink Falcon Reclining Electric Wheelchair from Quick N Mobile. We live in Hawaii and had it delivered to my daughter’s home in Florida whom we were planning to visit for 3 weeks. One of the screw knobs was cracked and the battery charger was different than the one shown in the YouTube video. We called QNM and was told to send an email to their Resolutions Department. That same day they got back to us and, within a few days, we received the replacement items. I highly recommend this business. I love my “Pink Chariot” and have had many compliments.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I researched the Eagle and compared it to other similar wheelchairs for months before purchasing. I must have called Quick N Mobile at least 8 or 9 times before placing my order and they were always polite and patient. Once I ordered I was sent video instructions about the Eagle which helped me know how to use the chair and accessories when it arrived. Thank you for helping! I recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic Customer Service!!! Kim was a delight to speak with and very helpful in the ordering process and Paul will answer any questions you post on his live chat within minutes. Now, on to the product...Electra7 is FANTASTIC!!! I was even more pleased when I got it unpacked than I was researching it, picking it, and placing an order for it. The comfort, reliability, performance, and style of this electric wheelchair is truly outstanding!!! Electra7 is exactly as Paul describes on all of his YouTube tutorials and even more. The chair is amazing and can do so much while in total comfort. The batteries are so easy to work with and charging is a breeze. The seat is very comfortable and very sturdy. I sat in mine for a full 8 hours during company meetings and never even noticed I was not in a regular chair. The seat is very wide and depth is so comfortable for a larger person or even a taller person. The only thing that bothers me is the footrest. I am 6'0 tall 378 pounds and the footrest raises my knees a lot higher to try and clear under a table but that is my own fault, lower your knees before you pull up to the table!!! Electra7 is fantastic, super fast or slow, able to really hold weight truly great, and it looks fantastic. Best purchase I have ever made for my mobility. It takes on a ramp like nothing, an elevator is easy to pull in and out of, the batteries last a long time, and it looks fantastic. Thank you

I have had my eagle for about 2 years now. It works just fine and if you take care of it it will work just fine. I love my chair. I will have to order some additional items from the company, but it still works great. I have had alot of compliments for this chair and I gave about 20 people there email to order it from the company.

I received my Eagle HD power wheelchair a bit over a year ago and it has been FANTASTIC. Recently, I noticed an issue with the joystick where when positioned for straight ahead, the chair would veer slightly to the left. If correcting by moving the joystick a bit to the right, it would go straight, BUT not at the highest speed - only when it would veer left.
I contacted the Resolutions group and WOW ... such fantastic service! These folks really make it easy to deal with such an issue with absolutely NO stonewalling. They asked for a short video which I sent and frankly, their response was faster than me supplying the video. A shipping label was supplied and UPS picked up the joystick, and a new one was sent at the same time.
Besides all that, the chair is great - I'm 6'5" and even at my size I find that the chair is comfortable and it navigates well even in gravel unless it's freshly applied and loose. It goes well over grass as well. It's compact enough to fit into a very small elevator that I have to use in a building that I frequent which was one of the reasons I stopped using my previous chair.
I'd give TEN stars if I could because Quick n Mobile gives 110% effort to make ordering easy, and as I found out, problems are resolved quickly and efficiently which minimized down-time.
