This place saved my life. The staff is very professional and dedicated to your well being. Raquel is a hard working case worker will always help you. No matter how many client s she has. Zach genuinely cares about every client. Alex is the best nurse anyone could ask for. And all techs are amazing and kind hearted. I would definitely send my a loved one here if they were struggling with addiction or mental. Thank you so much recovery in tune for showing me my true potential

This place is chaotic, if you’re someone with any other options for treatment, I’d recommend looking into them. My experience here was characterized by drama, relapse, fighting, and thievery. The techs do what they can and I respect that but Zach, Erik, and the rest of the higher ups don’t do enough to make sure it is a stable, recovery-enabling environment. I found a better place for myself and as soon as I asked about a transfer, they took my phone from me to make it harder to do myself. They gaslit me, claiming I wanted an easier way out when really all I wanted was a peaceful environment to focus on my recovery. These people are grimy, and while I understand that may be Normal in this industry, I know for a fact there are better alternatives for treatment, places started by addicts, for addicts. If you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, I’d recommend you thoroughly view your options instead of listening solely to a therapist or a representative under harmony.

this place changed my life. rose and heather are amazing techs that care and always have a good attitude. my therapist stephen taught me a lot about myself and helped me change my priorities. the nurse alex and case manger raquel put together a solid foundation as clinical staff, and the director zach is committed, kind, and does an amazing job managing the facility. the housing is accommodating and i found it a good atmosphere for recovery. at RIT you can always talk to a staff member and they will help you find a solution!

My stay there was only 2 weeks back in November of 2023 and I left Against Medical Advice. AMA. It was a joke. I regret going there. The gentleman that came to the other facility that I was at for my Residential hype up this place to be a best choice. However; once I got there I should’ve spoken up and asked to be relocated. The clinical location was a rundown facility that needed MAJOR work inside and out. The classrooms were unpleasant and the furniture was stained and smelled. The rooms were not that big either. Their “cafeteria” was an office with only 2 tables and 5 chairs total. That wasn’t enough to seat 15 people. The food provided was disgusting up until I left they considered their clients opinion on the food but still gross. No beverages were provided either. The transportation was horrible. The vans had no A/C, absolutely dirty inside with stained seats and some were uncomfortable. They also smelled horrible. With all the money that they are taking from our insurance I was shocked at what I was in. There was only one therapist that I liked but didn’t really get one on one with her but she was amazing. The older gentleman shouldn’t even be a therapist. He was always rude and disrespectful. His comments were hurtful. For someone who is supposed to help with a person’s mental health was making it worse. The staff that was at the residential were horrible except 2 of them. One truly cared but the others no care in the world. Complained about the job and the clients. I do not recommend anyone going here. Do your research first and NEVER listen or trust the person who is meeting with you to discuss this place.

Recovery in Tune could use some work. They are by far not a perfect program by any means. Took multiple days to get my medications filled. They say they have your best intentions at heart but it's just simply not the case. The houses were beautiful however, not taken care of by the residents. The techs were wonderful but this place could use some better management. Food could definitely use some work and the main facility could use some renovations. Would not recommend sending a friend or loved one to this facility.
