I am very disappointed with the service my father and I received at Sonus Chula Vista. My father anxiously traveled two hours to receive his new hearing aids, only to be handed a box by a nurse who then left us in the lobby to figure things out on our own. When I asked for assistance in connecting the device to Bluetooth, the nurse rudely responded that she "was not the owner and had to charge us," even though it was something that could have been easily explained. Instead, she gave me an 1800 number to call. This lack of basic courtesy and support is unacceptable, especially considering the time and effort we put into this visit. I expected better care and customer service from a medical office.

They were very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the hearing test that I was given then explained how the results would be deciphered from how the machine calculated all the data.

Unprofessional and unethical. Discrimination towards my sister. Saying there are no smaller hearing aids that is false as my sister has always had small hearing aids. No body hard of hearing should be treated that way. As I was on the phone with my sister and heard how ruthless the audiologist was towards my sister. I have the full recording.

Lady who claimed she’s a manager is VERY rude & UNPROFESSIONAL. Had the same experience 3 years ago in Chula Vista location. Too bad Coronado location closed. Coronado location had GREAT customer service

I highly recommend everyone to check out this hearing clinic. I took my father to the clinic today for the first time to get his hearing aid. Ms Elaine Anderson and her staffs are very helpful, friendly and very detailed. They have a very good customer service & very professional. We don’t have to wait long in the waiting room other clinics. We are done in 30 minutes. My dad and I will be back in 2 weeks to pick up the product. Thumb up for Sonus Hearing Care !

I was so nervous. I am older but been without good hearing for years. Sonus made me comfortable and the technician Elaine was out of this world!!!! I relaxed and my experience was OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend this place for your heating needs.
