5 months with Support and so far, thrilled with my experience. Support has been in service for over 30 years and serves the entire front range of CO with 3 offices: Aurora (HQ), Loveland, and Colorado Springs. The long history, company growth, and person-centered planning made me more comfortable to join Support over other agencies. The staff genuinely cares about the clients/residents, their families, and IDD community as a whole.

The Day Program in Aurora is exceptional, has an energetic staff and even offers virtual events to residents who can't physically be present! I've felt Support has handled COVID-19 very well given such a vulnerable population of clientele. When I need immediate assistance, I can always call the after-hours emergency line which is an added bonus. Support also hosts a "Provider Roundtable" over zoom to discuss anything from positive feedback, concerns, or COVID-vaccines questions with leadership and other providers. 5/5 stars!
