Thought Texans would be a great credit union but we were wrong! They took advantage of my elderly mother. She had unauthorized charges on her account. Spent days speaking with the department, filled out a bunch paperwork, were told account will be credited within a few hours same day. Then we were told 2 business days. It is the 2nd business day and nothing! Called spoke to a representative who said it is still being investigated and it will be credited at THEIR DISCRETION!! Oh and that the oldest unauthorized debit that was done in a few months ago may not be credited back. NO ONE TOLD US THAT WHEN WE FIRST CALLED!!! This credit union will take your money but throws you under the bus when you need your money.

Terrible experience overall, 0/5. I Have been with Texans Credit Union for years and the customer service has consistently been a negative experience. They do not show consideration for your time or concerns regarding YOUR money. Clay Gregory specifically was one of the most disrespectful and belittling humans to have a conversation with. I highly advise anyone to run far away from Texans. I have had great experiences with every other credit union or banking and loan services including my community or neighborhood credit union.
