Rude, arrogant and unhelpful, defintely not the 5-star company I thought I'd be getting. Decided not to go ahead and work with this company as the combative attitude in their inital phonecall was so unsettling. They lacked any understanding of what I was trying to get across and repeatedly asked silly questions which I had to continually explain over and over. They also refused to look at evidence that would have been incredibly useful to the case. Not impressed at all.

I have used Tidman Legal for legal advice regarding intellectual property issues and also for product design registration. In both cases I found Oliver to be very thorough and offered a clear explanation on the legal stance. Oliver has a good understanding of technology as as such has no problem with the technical explanation from the client. The fact that he offers a quote for the complete works as opposed to an hourly rate is also a bonus.
