I recently visited this dessert place, and it was quite an experience. The space is huge and bustling, but the noise level was pretty overwhelming – not the best spot if you're looking for a quiet treat. The portions are generous, so you definitely get a lot for your money. However, the quality didn’t fully meet expectations; the desserts were average and didn’t stand out as much as I’d hoped. Additionally, everything was super sweet for my taste, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a subtler sweetness. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're looking for a quick, sweet fix in a lively setting, but probably not worth a special trip

We visited this restaurant with our three kids on a trip back from SF and stopped by this place which we found on Google map. The place was busy but we got seated daily which and ordered two items, the “croffle - the Oreo waffle and the mango sticky rice bingsu. The experience left much to be desired.

The service was disappointing. The servers were not barely present, we had no napkins and we got a table of 4 ppl for 5 ppl to sit
which made the visit less enjoyable. On top of that, we were surprised to find that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. This felt unreasonable, especially given the minimal service and the fact that we were a small party with kids.

While the food itself was just OK and very pricey the lackluster service and hidden gratuity policy overshadowed the experience. Transparency and better customer service could go a long way in improving the overall dining experience.

Will not visit this place again. Try give business to other local shop around. Our bill was 46$ for these 2 items you see in the pictures.

This place reminded me of famous dessert places in Bangkok. We ordered a shrimp tempura and Thai tea bingsu. The shrimp tempura was obviously from frozen tempura, so not that great. The Thai tea bingsu however was really good. The boba itself was freshly made, sweet and chewy like how it's supposed to. Overall a good place for dessert.

I ordered a slice of their Thai tea crepe cake and boba of three different flavors for takeout because I was curious how come their crepe cake is even pricier than Lady M, and was expecting their boba to be super tasty given the price and overall rating. I’m not sure if it’s a matter of takeout but I was super disappointed and would never recommend any of my friends at least for their crepe cake and boba. The cake was no where near Lady M’s - just generic and didn’t taste as good. Their boba was totally a mistake (and I got three!!!) - I asked for no ice and I’m not sure that’s why they didn’t fill it full; classic milk tea had an overly strong tea flavor and tasted too bitter; mango milk tea was somehow sour and I could barely taste fresh mango flavor; Ube milk tea was unnaturally purple and sweet - all of them were not blended/mixed well because I could feel the powder in my mouth. I don’t really care what type of organic or fancy ingredients they put into their products (which they seem to use to justify the price), for me as a customer all I care about is the taste, and they definitely didn’t satisfy my standard. It felt like a waste of $50 for those.

This is a great spot to have bingsoo! It’s a bit on the pricey side (the mango bingsoo was $22, and the croffle was $9), but the quality makes it worth it. You place your order using the QR code on the table, but the servers are friendly and happy to assist if needed.

Mango Sticky Rice Bingsu was delicious. Dessert and service are great!! The only thing to consider is that it is slightly overpriced.

The mango chunks are frozen! And not refresh at all! I took a first bite and spit out.

And also very super overpriced. How could you charge $22 for frozen mango chunks. It’s 2x the price of a way better bingsoo place in Cupertino.

It’s a cute place, but I won’t come back for the overpriced bad dessert.

The service was good, but I think the mango shaved ice was too expensive. $22 for the bowl, and then to make it vegan there is a $1 up charge. I was disappointed that there were not more vegan options. Some of their combos looked so cute and delicious. The flavor was good, but I’ve had better pricing and flavor at other shave ice spots.
