I have absolutely no idea why the rating is so low here because this location and the services here are top notch! Jacob the manager is outstanding and made our experience amazing. He took time to explain us the features and shared tips for moving and setting up the truck. We visited this location a couple of times to make sure we had everything from a reservation perspective and everybody was friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a really hardworking bunch and we are thankful to have them in Blaine.

No matter what is going on in the world/nationally/in society; I felt that genuine love and willingness to help, people like you make our community great, one interaction at a time.
If you haven’t been to a U-Haul store or specifically this location you should stop by they have so many useful items in store for you, with representatives actively beavering away assisting customers and popping up from different directions carrying out unknown but necessary duties. They also have indoor and external 24 hr self-storage and robust security systems, heavy duty padlocks, plastic wrap in all sizes, dolly’s in multiple sizes, boxes you name it! ? Trust me it’s a great place to visit at least once to discover all they/you have at your disposal whenever necessary. Thank you Jacob. This location is certified, tried and tested ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location itself was good. The truck was poorly maintained. Bad brakes and transmission issues that were obvious.
I continue to be disappointed with the reservation process. Reserving a truck in one location should mean I have it there. Instead someone else can extend theirs and therefore bump me to a new location rather than have to get a different one themselves. I was charged many additional miles due to being pushed farther south from my initial location.

I used to love this location. But I've come here twice in the the last two days to get my propane refilled and have yet to get it filled. Apparently they shut off the doorbell in back cause it was "annoying", and I guess only a manager get do it. The second time I called to make sure I could get it refilled, they told me I could and I said "I'm on my way are you sure?" they confirmed yes. I went to the front to ask before going to the back and they said he'd be out.... waiting a while ...nobody comes out, I go in to ask and they said "he'll be out, he's busy doing something". The place is not busy at all. So disappointing when you love a place and it changes to crap.

Travesty of a business , failure to relay important information in general , how do you not let people know you need to call 24hrs ahead of time to access a ubox , they even send you messages on arrival but don’t tell you u need to do an entire days notice is insane , literally don’t bother with them , this website doesn’t work either this is a disastrous company , I will never use U-Haul ever again , least empathetic company with unnecessary bureaucratic policies that again give u no notice prior extremely inconvenient to people that are busy , find another shipping company

Painless trailer rental, friendly prompt service both at pick up and drop off.

Used for in-town truck rental and storage.

Truck rental went smoothly. They did not do the no-contact pickup as requested, but instead had the truck running to warm up the cabin (it was a very cold day). Fine by me.

Storage rental was easy. Had an issue with the access code not working but they resolved it. I did have to call a few times to ensure they closed out my storage rental, since it took over a week after I moved out via the U-Haul app.

Minor issues, would rent here again.
