The app is extremely slow and doesn’t work, I think I rebooted the app at least 10-15 times while I was waiting in line. The wait was very long around 30 minutes to get a car I had already reserved and I was there first thing in the morning at 7:15 they opened at 7. Lastly at drop off I had over a half tank but they put me at a half tank on my return receipt. They’ve done this to me previously too and charged me for gas. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Official uhaul pick-up location, with helpful customer service and moving materials, plus the driver brought me the truck and fixed my mirrors. I felt the truck was in good conditions for a long journey. Had no issues along the road. The trailer light on the dashboard would light up sometimes randomly when the truckload was either empty or full. I'm glad uhaul factored in a few extra miles to count for unexpected stops. That helped me ultimately choose Uhaul over other rentals.

Friendly staff, quick service, and had everything we needed. Only reason I have a 4 star was that like others have said the truck had like 400 dents, dings, broken grill, parts missing on the hood. Their check in application so you can note all the issues had pictures that made it look new, so you had to take pictures of literally everything. It's like your doing the job for uhaul on noting everything wrong.

Appliance dolly and furniture pads ordered were not included in the truck. THEN I was charged for traveling 180 miles when I travelled 10.2 miles. My pickup time was 11am and I returned it to the same location at 3pm. How the HELL does someone do 180 miles in that amount of time Will NEVER use U-Haul again, am seeking to get my overcharge corrected.

Customer Service, from the person behind the desk to the person who gets the vehicle ready for the next customer. Hassle free. I need it a pick up the same day and they had it ready. I would definitely be renting again.

Good size location. Which means they have a large selection of vehicles and equipment for rent. A large fleet of trucks in various sizes. This ensures you can get the size you need for the job. Packing material is also available inside. Remember though the advertised price does not include milage (you are charged per mile), insurance and any other incidentals you may need. Such as moving blankets , dolly or boxes. The truck may come with a dolly & blankets inside with seal. If you break the seal you are charged for usage. So factor all these into your budget when planning your next move. The last one would be if the rank is full, you must bring it back full ( one more expense to remember).

Thanks to Danny and the rest of the U-Haul team, I was able to get my entire moved in one day. The last time I moved I just packed everything into my car and took about 10 trips back and forth to finally get it all moved in and I decided never again. Danny got me set up with a small box truck and I was able to get everything packed and moved to my new place in just one trip! The truck seemed new and really clean too!

These guys are great! Totally helpful, good-natured, organized, and they get things done incredibly fast. I was not looking forward to my moving tasks today - picking up a box truck, driving to my house, loading the truck, driving back to U-Haul and then loading a U-Box - but it was a total snap due in no small part to the great customer service here. Thanks guys!
