Went to the drive thru and withdrew money, and she never even said hi. At least it was over fast

Update 6/13/24: this time there was no pen, and we pressed call to ask for one and it was sent back without ever talking to us. Then deposited the check and still nothing. No one else In line so they're not busy.

I've been a member of United Credit Union since 2015. Normandy Branch. It's small, but very friendly. The customer service us unmatched. I went in to make a deposit& Leslie was very friendly, punctual& made my banking experience pleasant. I'll always be a member of this credit union. It gives me a warm,small town hospitality feel.

Gisselle and Jarvis were excellent bank tellers. Both were Very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit inside of the Credit Union. I love, love the new modern, inviting look of Credit Union. The employees friendly and professional personalities just added more flavor to the new look. Great Job!

Everybody Is so friendly and helpful. And I love them and I'm sure they love me too. Jessica is very helpful with my account services. And Gisselle and lala is super helpful in the
teller line Leslie and Jarvis are always so sweet and helpful! Thank you for all you do!

I recently found myself unable to access my accounts via the app or computer. Stopped by the Normandy location without an appointment to get a solution for my issue. Did not have to wait long to see someone. Leslie and Gisselle were extremely helpful, patient and sweet in solving the problem. Now I can access my accounts via my iPhone and computer. The new renovations inside look great too!

My experience here at this branch was great. All of the staff is very nice and helpful, in specific lala. She always greets us by our name and is very helpful. I always take my mother in law and loves being helped by lala. Lala answers all her questions and we love that she is bilingual and helpful.

Became a member in 2005. From the get go the staff was super friendly. In particular, Maria San Miguel has been amazing! She has been very helpful and has had the same positive attitude since I met her. Thank you Maria for everything! Also, shout out to Lala. She’s been great!
