I can’t say enough great things about Chris at the post office! She went above and beyond to help me track down my package, even following up with a personal phone call to check on the case. On a Saturday, when the post office doesn’t typically take calls, Chris went the extra mile and even shared her personal number to ensure I had support. Her dedication and kindness were outstanding, and I truly believe she deserves a raise! Thank you so much, Chris, for your amazing service and care—you made a stressful situation so much easier!

If it wasn’t for US Government funding this post office would have been shut down years ago. The constant mishandling of mail/packages is astonishing. I recall my grandparents talking about how AMAZING the post office was and getting a job as a mail carrier would set you up for life. That’s not the case anymore. Recently the manager used the excuse that “the main mail carrier had to have surgery”. I’m sorry but this isn’t Mayberry. It’s a city. How does this post office have a “main” person even the entire population excluding non-city limits they serve is over 6500 people. There is no way 1 person is serving the bulk of the city. It’s truly pathetic. I wish I could change where my mail gets delivered from or pick it up without paying for a PO Box.

The delivery for this location is terrible. We just moved into our new house in Princeton and have had to order a lot of things for the house (blinds, curtains, etc), none of which have been successfully delivered. Each time I check the tracking it says something new, like gate code needed (we don't have a gate) or package delivery area full (it's our porch and I can assure you it's not full). I've seen the delivery men on our security system literally walk up to our porch, no knock, no ringing of the doorbell, and just leave an attempted delivery sticker. One time we were even home (both cars in the driveway) and instead of leaving the package or even knocking, they left the sticker and drove away. How hard is it to place the package on the porch? Instead I end up having to chase down the packages at this location, which makes them late and I have to take off work to get them before they close. I've tried filing a complaint twice now online and each time the site was broken. I also tried calling the help line which disconnected me twice, and today when they did answer told me my package was at the site. So I drove 40 minutes out there only to find out it wasn't. If Amazon gave me a choice to pick LITERALLY ANY OTHER CARRIER I would take it, because USPS just can't get it right. 0/10 stars.

We have the USPS informed alert notifications on what mail is being delivered each day. I ordered Venmo cards for our teenagers. I was notified 1 card was being delivered on a Monday, the second card on Tuesday next day. The envelopes say “VENMO” on the front of them. And guess what! Both cards never got delivered. Clearly there are some sticky fingers working at the Princeton Texas post office.

Literally the most incompetent people I’ve ever met in my life. The fact that my mail was not delivered for three months straight, and I’ve reached out to numerous people at USPS to have this issue resolved is beyond unacceptable. One of the managers claimed they didn’t have my information on file.

However, that cannot be the case because for every post office box that you attempt to acquire you are required to provide drivers license, first name last name, email, phone number, etc., etc.

If you are looking for a post office box or looking for other USPS services, please for the love of God do not go to this USPS office… these folks are terrible.

I have never had a problem with this post office in the past. The employees are always nice to you and very helpful! The building itself it really old and could use an upgrade. However, the customer service deserves to recognized because the employees are awesome!

With a package that was never delivered, but then the US Post office here in Princeton said it was delivered and acted like I was crazy. I have to go back and talk to the supervisor to see what went on In the first place a week ago when a Huge package is lost

Haven't had mail service in two months and they keep closing out my case with inaccurate information. They made me buy a mail key, never told me the box, have never called me back. I remain confused.
