I’m assuming all these highly rated reviews are fake or only asked for. Since moving to Polk county in 2023, we’ve dealt with more hardships than in Miami. And since we’ve been there, every time I reach out to 211… it’s always the same response.

The United Way of Central Florida is an incredible organization with a rich history of serving and funding impactful programs in our communities. I've had a delightful experience volunteering with UWCF and I can't adequately convey you how inspiring it is to learn something NEW (to me) about the organization each time I join an event or volunteer opportunity - they do so much! The volunteers are passionate, the staff are dedicated, and our community benefits greatly from their intentional focus on promoting access to high quality services for educational success, income stability, health/wellness, and crisis management. If you are ever in need, United Way of Central Florida can connect you with the right people. I have donated to United Way for 20+ years. I love that they contribute to local non-profits that affect the community where I live. They have their fingers on the pulse of where contributions need to be made to make a lasting and effective difference in our community.
