The people at U-Space Ukuleles are some of the the kindest, most knowledgeable, and honest people I've come across! Even during the pandemic, U-Space Ukuleles provides exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I felt the hospitality the moment I got a call back from them within the day after I contacted them.

I had previously owned a soprano, and wanted to upgrade in quality and size. I'm glad I did more research on where I wanted to purchase my tenor, because instead of going to one of the bigger stores like Guitar Center, Amazon, etc., I came across U-Space Ukuleles in my Google search. Not only did they call me back shortly after I left a message, but not only patiently listen to me needs and goals, but also provided knowledgeable feedback on my questions.

After our conversation, they sent me a list of ukuleles to look at, specifically curated for my needs! After letting them know what I was interested in, within 24 hours they sent me a recorded personal Demo of the ukuleles so I could hear and view them. I was impressed with the quality of the video and sound quality! After answering all my questions, they even allowed me to trade in my soprano for store credit towards my tenor. They were very transparent about price throughout the whole process and explained to me exactly what my purchase included. I got all my equipment from them at an incredibly, fair price. Super satisfied and happy and walked away with a beautiful tenor, capo, case, CD, and even a few Hawaiian snacks they included in my case! They also included a strap that will be directly mailed to me. In less than 3 days, they delivered my ukulele to me free of charge. Can't thank them enough!

They've got a warm spirit, and I look forward to going to them for all my ukulele needs now and in the future!

Amazing customer service. I've been there a few times and have recommended this place to everyone. They have a variety of ukuleles and supplies. They will let you play the ukuleles before you buy them. There's no pressure. Jason Arimoto is an actual amazing ukulele player so he's always willing to give you a few pointers. . If searching for a ukulele this is the place to go.

Incredible knowledge on ukuleles. They have great recommendations for beginners to experts and have a range of instruments that fit low budget to the luxurious.

The coffee is pretty fair, but the real reason to visit is for the ukuleles.

The location is hard to find at first; it's located in the lobby of the building, not a stand alone building.

Awesome store! They only carry quality ukes from affordable beginner units to the top brands from Hawaii. Jason is a wiz with the Ukulele and really knows his stuff. They even have their own strings developed using harmonic science with a PhD. The strings sound amazing! Their store is on the 3rd floor in suite 302.

I went into the shop looking to buy my first soprano ukulele, after only owning larger tenor ukes, and they had a wonderful selection; standard sopranos, sopranos with longer necks, smaller concert ukes. They were wonderfully helpful, pulling down and tuning model after model for me to try, until I kept coming back to the one I eventually bought. They had a nice selection of hard cases, and a great selection of ukulele songbooks!
Wonderful place, I have bought two ukuleles from them over the years, and received excellent service both times!

These folks are absolutely awesome. I don't actually often take the initiative to post reviews but I want to go out of my way to shoutout how great my experience was with U-Space.

After I sort of half-heartedly botched a string change on my Ukulele (which has a slotted bridge, don't laugh, it's intimidating!), I was dismayed that the intonation on my ukulele was suddenly waaay off from the factory setup and was in need of some adjustment. With COVID having shut down most in-person businesses I didn't know if I'd have any luck finding a place to help me out but I'm glad I gave these guys a call. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and really spread the Aloha spirit! As it turns out they offered to pick up my Ukulele, work on it and drop it off right to my doorstep for no extra charge since the store wasn't physically open. They picked it up promptly, completed a string change ($12) and setup ($15) and delivered it right back to me. My ukulele came back perfectly set up with the intonation right on the money all the way up the fretboard, and considerately wrapped in plastic and with a complimentary gift bag of macadamia nut chocolates and a CD of Jason's Arimoto's (the guy who setup my uke) 80's ukulele hits (which is actually quite catchy and has a killer version of "Take on Me" on it). And to top it off, they even attempted to UNDER-charge me. The invoice only reflected the $12 string change, and if I hadn't followed up to ensure that it had the extra $15 for the excellent work done on my uke, they would have picked up, done a string change, setup my uke, and delivered back to my doorstep all for only a mind-boggling $12. Which just blows my mind how nice these people are.

Thanks so much guys! Can't wait to visit your store sometime once COVID blows over. Superb customer service that's truly worth shouting out and if I could give you 6/5 stars I would.

Loved this place! Jason was so nice and helpful! He restrung my ukelele in no time! If you are looking for a ukulele and want to buy it without any pressure or hard sales pitches this is the place to go. These guys are cool, they will help you to figure out which one is best one for you and your goals.
