The entire Texas Child Support system is run by people who treat you like garbage whether you are the custodial or non-custodial parent. In truth, they are garbage. Their boss, Ken, is garbage. The “officers” who answer the phones are garbage and Lisa… you are a very particular piece of complete human garbage. These people are suppose to work for us and instead they act like the children of divorced parents who play one against the other. Well guess what, child, me and the custodial mom know what you’re up to and it ain’t gonna work on us. I just wanna know WHERE IS MY MONEY GOING?!?! Mom isn’t getting it. What have you been spending the last 15 weeks of MY payments on? Is Ken remodeling his house again?

What a waste of tax dollars. Im waiting for the day Americans have a voice to say what organizations our tax dollars are being wasted on. Three years to get a court date and you were born in this country. Gotta wait another three years to get the docs after court. Hopefully i can get him a social before immigration deports him .

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD!! At this point, the child support office is useless and doesn’t care. There’s been plenty of times where I was supposed to get my deposit from child support and never did. When I did express to them that I wasn’t getting my payments, they told me I need to call my card(SmiONE) and figure out why my payments haven’t reflected in my account. At this point damn going to their office, I’m going to take out a civil suit on them, sue them for negligence and see how fast they do their job then. Some people depend on their child support for bills and the child support division needs to be held accountable for messing with people’s money and livelihoods.

The employees I have spoken to have been nice when I am able to get through to one. With that said I did not receive my documentation in the mail, and still have not to this day. I have called to be updated on my case weekly, and was still charged interest on my owed child support $ 1.27 per day the payment was late. Also they do not return calls from the child support enforcement officers. I also had to call an additional 4 times to find a worker that would tell me the amount owed and due date. Very disappointed in the laxness and the scrutiny I have observed with the Texas Attorney General and facilities affiliated

I called in to report someone who was cheating on non-payment of his child support. The office was not interested. The lies are piling up by saying that they would call me within 24-48 hours. So far, no calls. If they call me I will develop amnesia. Good riddance.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone —it’s sad because our tax dollars pay these people so they have a job to provide for their families but they’re putting other families at a disadvantage by not doing their jobs

If you have time to waste and patience for the unprofessionalism file child support just do show up with the wrong last name cause you will be sitting all day for real....otherwise try and work things out on your own even if you hate each other by the time you leave you will wish you never borthered.

It took too long to find a help 'feature'. You could log into their office with a computer. No internet access/communication.
